One minor drawback was the internet speed, which could have been better. Additionally, it would have been nice to have the option to buy coffee capsules for the Dolce Gusto machines in the room.

Had a fantastic xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, speaking English fluently. They went above and beyond to assist us with our 6mo old son, even offering to carry our stroller up and down the stairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. We also loved the outdoor space where we could relax and unwind. And the hotel offered a great advantage of arranging tours around the city, making it convenient for us to explore.

That the WiFi signal was sometimes weak on the second floor, which caused intermittent connectivity issues. the lack of curtains in our room meant that it became very bright at 5am, disturbing our sleep.

Had a great time during our romantic escape at this hotel.  the bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and chocolates. the location was perfect, everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. We also loved the fact that there was a beautiful garden where we could sit and relax.

Our experience wasn't entirely positive. the air conditioning in our room didn't work, and it was HOT!
